Email support@swaddl.app for bugs, questions, and beta feedback. Include your Swaddl version/build, phone model, OS version, what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. A redacted screenshot can help. Never send pairing QR codes, pairing secrets, or device passwords. Only include baby history or photos if you choose to share them and they are necessary to explain the issue.

TestFlight testers can also send feedback through TestFlight. Say whether the problem occurs after reopening the app or while offline.

Logging and editing

Tap the Swaddl action button to choose Sleep, Feed, Diaper, Pump, Note, or Photo. Hold the action button to begin hands-free dictation; releasing your finger does not stop it. Finalized speech saves completed actions or notes automatically. Finish dictation with the finish control.

Tap a record’s time, action, amount, or row spacing to adjust it in the native action sheet. Tap ordinary note text to edit it inline; keyboard dismissal saves it. Photo previews open the full-screen viewer. Hold a row to delete it; photo entries also offer Edit note.

Dictation

Check Swaddl’s microphone and speech permissions in device Settings. On-device recognition and language-model availability depend on your device, language, OS settings, and prepared system assets. Manual forms remain available when a model is unavailable. Swaddl does not silently switch to cloud dictation.

Questions and activity

History questions look up recorded entries and totals. Activity views summarize your recorded data locally. Missing amounts or durations remain unknown; Swaddl does not invent them. These features are not medical advice.

Open Settings → Family. One device creates an invitation; the other scans it. The inviting device explicitly accepts the pairing. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi with Swaddl open and local-network permission allowed. Some guest networks isolate devices. When both apps are open together again, paired devices catch up on changes made offline.

Only pair with trusted family members. Removing a device stops this phone’s direct sync with it; it does not erase copies previously shared or remove other devices’ independent pairings.

History and storage

If storage cannot open, keep the app installed and contact support with the error message. Reinstalling or clearing app data can destroy locally stored history. Swaddl has no nyyx cloud recovery service. Device backup behavior depends on the operating system and your settings.
